  • Which practitioner shoulder I see for my injury?

    More often than not, there’s overlap amongst practitioners for injuries/conditions that they treat.

    However, some practitioners may have more experience with certain cases than others. Amongst each practitioner, they may also have different tools and techniques in their tool box.

    If you’re not sure, we highly recommend booking a complimentary consult with us, so that we can gather more information about your case to better directly to someone who is the right fit for you.

  • How do I use my extended health insurance?

    We direct bill to most insurance companies.

    This means, after each visit, we bill your insurance companies directly for the service we provide so that they pay us. You may just have to pay the co-pay (balance of whatever the insurance does not cover). This way, you can focus your energy on recovering and feeling better.

    In some occasions, the insurance will reimburse you. In that case, you would just pay us upfront, but we do all the paperwork for you.

  • Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment?

    No, you can book an appointment with our skilled and experienced therapists at any time for any of our required services.

    But make sure if you want to go through your insurance, some insurance companies insist on a referral from a doctor for reimbursement os specific services. Keep in mind to check beforehand with your insurance plan.

  • Are your services covered under my health insurance?

    Our services offered by team of licensed and registered practitioners will be covered under your extended health coverage plans with your private insurance provider. However it sometimes depends upon your insurance plan and provider. If you are unsure if the service will be covered under your extended health plan, please contact your insurance provider.

  • Do you accept Motor Vehicle Accident and Work Injury cases?

    Yes, we do!

  • Do you take OHIP with my Ontario health card?

    Not at this time!

    Unfortunately we are not an OHIP covered clinic and only accept private health insurance.

  • How many sessions do I need?

    That’s a great question!

    Every assessment is different. Your Circle Care therapist will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline after your initial consultation and assessment. Rest assured, your therapist will work with you one on one to help create a plan that gets you feeling better faster.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand things happen... but a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient who needs it.

    As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 for all services and 50% of the treatment cost for Massage Therapy. But let’s not get there yet?!

  • What if I miss my appointment?

    We know things happen, but a missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the treatment charge for Massage Therapy and $25 fee for other services. Thank you so much for your understanding.

  • Is there free parking?

    We want you to be as stress free when coming to our clinic. We are conveniently located at Gerrard Square, which offers ample outdoor and covered deck parking as well.
