You have the option to agree with or deny sharing this information with us.
With your permission, we may send you emails about healthcare information, appointment details and reminders, and other brand updates. You can choose to stop receiving emails from us at any time, by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.
We may share your information within the Circle Care Physiotherapy and Health Group company to better serve you and provide you with comprehensive care.

Booking Policy
When you book an appointment with Circle Care online, we will ask you for your name, email address, address, phone number, and payment details to confirm and reserve your appointment time.
Please be aware that when booking your appointment, you must show up for the time that you have booked for. If you arrive late to your appointment, you will only receive the remaining time rather than the full appointment.
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call or email our clinic as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment as appointments are in high demand.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 416-461-9299 during business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you can email us at letschat@circlecare.ca to inform us that you require your appointment to be cancelled.
Our Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment that you’ve missed. No shows are also subject to this charge.
If you are more than half the time late for the allotted time for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation policy will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
If we don’t have your credit card on file, any no-show or late cancellation charges will be charged prior to rebooking.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services
