Our registered Osteopath will use manual ‘hands-on’ techniques to improve circulation and correct altered biomechanics. They not only concentrate on the problem area, but uses manual techniques to balance all the body systems, and to provide overall good health and wellbeing. Treatments will also assist with sleep cycles and the nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic symptoms.
Through a comprehensive assessment, your Osteopath will look for the source of dysfunction and use a wide range of hands on approaches to treat you holistically. He will use an approach that is gentle, comprehensive and highly effective.

An initial consultation last approximately 1 hour, and includes the following:
1. History taking (10 min)
The session starts with a detailed discussion about your reason for visiting, medical history, lifestyle habits, and stress factors. This helps the osteopath understand your overall condition.
2. Osteopathic assessment
The practitioner performs a series of manual tests to evaluate the mobility and quality of tissues (joints, muscles, organs, fascia, skull) to develop an effective treatment plan.
3. Treatment
A personalized treatment is performed using different techniques (structural, visceral, fascial, cranio-sacral), depending on your condition and needs.
4. Advice and home exercises
At the end of the session, you may receive personalized advice, including postural tips, stretching, breathing exercises, or lifestyle guidance to support your recovery and maintain long-term balance.
